Pam was selected from 12,500 statewide REALTORS® and is only the second REALTOR® from the Rock Hill area to receive this prestigious award in the past 55 years! REALTOR® Pam Morrell has been awarded the "Order of the Palmetto", the highest civilian award given, for her exemplary civic and community involvement, Pam Morrell, CRS,CBR,ABR, a Broker with Coldwell Banker Stepp Tuttle in Rock Hill, SC, was awarded the "Order of the Palmetto" by Governor Jim Hodges. Morrell, who is also President of the Piedmont Regional Association of REALTORS®, received the honor in the Governor's Chamber joined by her family, friends and SCAR staff on November 25th. S.C.A.R.
